i m pretty sure they didnt, else the koto meeru would have served no purpose. And sekai wouldnt be so sad at the end if she actually did "it" with makoto. "YAY i got makoto before you, beat that koto!" xD

after finally seeing eps 3 subbed, i would be more than happy to see a pistol blown right thru makoto's cranium...

i would also like to see makoto camatosed after a a strong gust knocks her off high up on a tree and land on the back of her head bloodily (not to bash another character here, you know who i mean)...
